Everything was newly renovated. Great deck to enjoy the ocean. Great location across from Publix.

We recently stayed at The Shores on Fort Myers Beach. The condo has been remodeled from top to bottom, and it is beautiful! It was well appointed and had million dollar views from both covered balconies. There were an abundance of towels, linens, cleaning supplies and more. The kitchen was well appointed and fully stocked. Steps away from the condo were the beautiful white sands and rolling surf of the gulf. We enjoyed the tiki huts and the many lounge chairs provided by The Shores. Additionally, the Publix is directly across the street so grocery shopping was a breeze – no fighting island traffic! We were very happy to see Fort Myer Beach continue to recover from hurricane Ian. In our eyes, it is a magical place made all the better by the outstanding service provided by the friendly people at Sanford Realty. We’ve already booked our stay for 2027!

very easy access to the beach and not too many people around, also the kitchen is fully equipped to cook with, including spices, overall perfect place for a quiet vacation

The condo furnishings were everything we needed. Loved being so close to the beach. Centrally-located for everything we wanted to do. A nice view from the balcony. Loved watching the dolphins swim by. Just a great overall experience, and we would consider the place again for the future.

Arrived to a clean condo, very well outfitted for anything you may need. The view of Gulf was gorgeous from both bedroom, and living area. Everything exactly as described. Super easy access to the beach with lounge chairs on patio, and a couple covered tiki huts with large picnic tables. Mid island location close to everything. Very convenient to have a Publix for groceries across easily crossed street. Definitely will be back.

The one BR/one bath was the perfect size and location for us. We loved being right on the beach and being able to walk out of our place and onto the beach. We also had a rental car and were very happy that there is good parking for that as well. The Publix directly across the street was a major plus. Would definitely return!

This is a very nice place for a beach vacation, steps to the beach and when you need to get out of the sun, can sit in the shaded tiki hut. The grocery store is located directly across the street, which is incredibly convenient. One drawback to the location is driving towards the north end of the island in a car can take 45 min to drive 2 miles. This can be avoided by renting bikes for travel or drive south. We were able to find good restaurants nearby for dinner but were most happy walking the beach and relaxing in the sun outside or on the double patios off the bedroom and living room.The kitchen is well supplied if you want to cook. The king size bed was very comfortable. All in all a good place to stay

We spent two wonderful weeks on Fort Myers Beach at Sanford Realty’s unit at The Shores. The check-in process was simple and efficient. This unit is in an ideal location. It is truly steps from the beach, and beautiful gulf views welcomed us from both the living room and bedroom covered porches. The eight unit complex has a wonderful outdoor, beach-front area which includes ample beach lounges and two tiki huts from which to socialize and enjoy the evening sunset. The unit itself appears to have been fairly recently updated. The kitchen appliances were current and the kitchen itself was well supplied. The bedroom is fairly spacious and, most importantly, the bed was acceptably firm. The bathroom was not updated, but was perfectly functional. Parking was never an issue, as it sometimes can be on Fort Myers Beach. Ample spaces are found directly beneath the unit. In addition, the unit had beach chairs and beach towels for us to use. There is a coin operated laundry steps away and the machines were new and clean. As silly as it sounds, one great benefit was the Publix being directly across the street. Grocery shopping was a simple task and didn’t require our car. Several restaurants and shopping areas are either within walking distance or a short drive away. This mid beach area is removed from the noisier, party-like atmosphere of Times Square – but if that’s the atmosphere you’re seeking you’d be better served renting in that area. The Shores is more friendly, laid-back and resort like. We have already secured rental for next year. It’s a hidden gem.

Had a wonderful time. The only drawback is that Ft Myers Beach is a coastal island that is hard to get off during much of the day. Early morning is fine e and late at night is fine but traffic and trolleys can be very slow from 9:00 - 6:00pm.

Everything about the location was perfect. It was beautiful in the apartment and outside on the beach. Just perfect in every way. We will return! We loved every minute of our stay.

Overall, this property was clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location...perfect for two people. My husband thought the bathroom was a little small, but you don't go there for the bathroom. Easy access to the beach for swimming or a nice walk anytime during the day. Grocery store was a straight shot behind the building, so easy to get whatever you needed. Beautiful town overall! Great accommodations in a beautiful spot right in the gulf! Publix right across the street was very convenient.

Being during the covid season, we were happy with the location. It was not where all the teenagers were, and how great to have a Publix across the street -

Stephan and Sabrina have provided an excellent apartment on the Fort Meyers Beach for us. The property is well cared for and both balconies overlook the ocean. The kitchen was ready to prepare meals should you decide to cook in and Publix is across the street. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful beach front property with a fantastic beach and deck area. Condo was clean and updated with ample space for the two of us. It was quiet and relaxing to be in this wonderful place.

This is a beautiful spot centrally located. Close enough to for spots to eat and drink and shop but far enough to enjoy our time on the beach without crazy crowds. Thank you!
