Villa Sunset is contemporary in style and makes you think of a beach cottage. The colors and style give the home a certain relaxing charm and invite you to spend the evenings in the Florida Room. The Florida Room gives you the impression of sitting on the lanai while it is attached to the house. This way you can enjoy the cool breeze of the air-condition in the summer and a nice warm space to sit in our pretty warm Florida winters.

The lanai and pool area are spacious and together with the solar heated pool just too inviting to enjoy the all-day sun of the southern exposure. Villa Sunset is perfect for the quiet vacationer who prefers a peaceful atmosphere and loves to relax in private.

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Electricity Allowance US$ 5.00 per diem. Charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
