Just get the steaks – a BBQ-grill is at your service. The home provides high speed internet access including computer you can use, TV’s in the great room and two bedrooms. You may use the safe for your valuables.

Villa Rufina is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and dining and with excellent connection to the major roadways and the bridges across the river.

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Electricity Allowance US$ 5.00 per diem. Charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
