Villa Provence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; a very cozy home with plenty of space for up to six guests. Extra consideration has been given to our "little guests" – Villa Provence sports toys, a highchair, baby-bed, and a car-seat.

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Electricity Allowance US$ 5.00 per diem. Charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
