Cable TV with free HBO, Blu-ray and DVD player to let you feel the "action" even
on a night at home. Both bedrooms have large LCD-TV's.

The large pool has an electric heater and a shallow area that makes the pool extremely kid-friendly. The spacious lanai invites sunbathers all year round, a hedge ensures privacy. A big BBQ-grill is provided for your convenience.

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Electricity Allowance US$ 5.00 per diem. Charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
