Villa April has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms providing plenty of space for up to 6 adults. The lanai is spacious and provides plenty of space for sunbathers; the large heated pool invites swimmers all year round. Enjoy BBQ or just sit on the boat dock on the
water and relax after a day filled with Florida fun in the sun.

Villa April features TV’s in all bedrooms, high class home theater and music system
in the great room where you can watch high definition Bly-ray movies,
Sony PlayStation 3 Slim, and of course high-speed wireless Internet.

We are sure our guests in Villa April will spent some of their evenings playing
table soccer and darts and just feel completely content "at home" –
but please don’t forget to also visit the beach while vacationing in Florida!

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge. Two weeks minimum rent in the high season.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Charges for electricity, water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
