Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided.

Pool and Spa are operated per remote control and are heated by a combination of
solar and electrical heat to keep charges for electricity as low as possible and -
of course - to protect the environment.

The spacious lanai is the right place for those perfect BBQ's you love,
made even more perfect by the big fancy BBQ grill.

The "walk-through" shower in the master bathroom makes taking a shower
an experience as well as the Jacuzzi tub that promises maximum relaxation.

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$ 50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge. Two weeks minimum rent in the high season.
Other Charges: Florida Local Taxes 11%; Final Cleaning US$ 135.00; Security Deposit US$ 500.00; Charges for electricity, water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) are already included in your rent. The Security Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after check out.
