Villa Provence is a very comfortable vacation home located in the quiet Northwest of Cape Coral. The home is conveniently close to major roadways; shopping and dining is nearby.

Villa Provence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been furnished with love and fantasy. Plenty of lovable little details will capture your eyes and your heart. It is a very cozy home with plenty of space for up to six guests. Extra consideration has been given to our “little guests” – Villa Provence sports toys, a highchair, baby-bed, and a car-seat, bicycles are provided for all ages. The home features a Home Theater System and a LCD Big Screen TV, and of course has wireless Comcast High-speed internet access.

The spacious lanai is surrounded by hedges to provide privacy; the heated pool has western exposure giving you plenty of sun and a front row seat to wonderful sunsets, and a waterfall add to the pool scenery.

Wir waren im Februar 2012 in der Villa Provence und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick dort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Unsere Kinder (3 und knapp 5 Jahre alt) waren von den vorhandenen Spielsachen restlos begeistert und wollten am liebsten gar nichts unternehmen, sondern nur im Haus bzw. im Pool bleiben. Die Buchungsabwicklung und die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche dort gebucht hatten, beim nächsten Mal wird es bestimmt mehr werden. Perfect place for a paradise vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Villa Provence, it felt like home from the first moment on! The villa is very clean, the sofas are extremely comfortable and there is more than plenty equipment in the kitchen. The pool is large and really nice, also the patio around the pool has plenty of room and also shadow if needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and it's really nice that there is not too close neighbours because the lots next tot he villa are empty. Stephan was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and it went by really fast! We really hope we have the opportunity to come back again some day!

The home was much better than we expected. Everything was well taken care of, the house was extremely clean and the furniture was really nice. The pool was amazing and well maintained. There was a lot of privacy around the home and pool. The location was very conveinent to local attractions. We planned to just stay a month and ended up staying two cause we liked the place so much.

Stephen and Sabrina with Sanford Realty made the stay even better. Extremely courteous and helpful. Very informative and helpful with everything we needed and the local area. If there was ever a question they very quick to respond. If we plan to stay in there area again we will definetly use their service. Would recommend working with them to anyone

Ich habe die Zeit vom 01.12. bis 15.12.2009 in der Villa Provence verbracht und kann sie nach einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Angefangen von der Buchungsabwicklung bis hin zur Abreise war alles perfekt, man wird von der deutschsprachigen Verwaltung hervorragend persönlich vor Ort betreut, mir wurden sogar großzügig Stromkosten erlassen und mir wurde erlaubt, am Abreisetag das Haus bis Nachmittags ohne Mehrkosten zu nutzen. Es wird immer für ein fehlerloses Funktionieren aller Gegenstände und Einrichtungen gesorgt, dies kann ich nur sehr loben, denn tatsächlich funktionierte alles perfekt (TV mit 70 Programmen, Surround-Musikanlage, Poolheizung, Küchengeräte, etc etc.) und war in bestem, neuwertigem Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als komplett und alles ist makellos sauber, wie neu! Außerdem ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, wirklich superschön! Pool (mit tollem kleinen Wasserfall) und Poolbereich / Terrasse sind perfekt und auch wie neu! Die Garage enthält tausend Sachen für den Poolbereich, Sonnenliegen etc., Spielsachen für Kinder und Fahrräder zur Benutzung. Den Pool erwärmt man locker auf 28 Grad, und alles ist total privat, wegen der (inzwischen recht dicht gewachsenen) Palmen rund um den Lanai, und wegen fehlender direkter Nachbarn. Ein tropisches Paradies, wenn die Sonne scheint. Verkehrslärm gibt es keinen, aber man ist schnell auf der nahen Pine Island Road, die ich zum Shoppen (in diversen "Supercentern" / Malls) empfehle, von daher gefiel mir die Lage auch sehr gut. In den Süden Cape Corals kommt man auch schnell mit einer einfachen Fahrt den Chiquita Boulevard hinunter, und von dort aus ggf. zu den Stränden von Fort Myers oder Sanibel Island. Im Haus gibt es umfangreiches Informationsmaterial über den Ort, die Region, das Haus selbst, außerdem Bücher, Zeitschriften, CDs, DVDs. Insgesamt eine klare Schulnote 1, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

Wir haben 2,5 sehr entspannte Wochen in der Villa Provence verbracht! Das Haus ist absolut top ausgestattet: vom Playmobilspielzeug und Poolspielsachen bis hin zu Pürierstab und Tupperware- in diesem haus fehlt es an nichts! Ideal geeignet für Familien mit Kindern! Das machte für uns zumindest die relativ große Entfernung zum Strand (ca 30 min) absolut wett!

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14.

Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental - 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental - 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental - 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) - they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
