Villa Harmony is a very cozy house inviting you to relax and enjoy life Florida style. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms this home provides plenty of space for up to four guests. The kitchen is an eye catcher featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area is spacey; a TV set ensures you are not missing your favorite shows; High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided.

The bathrooms proudly display beautiful granite counters as well. All closet shelves are made from wood. The pool area is overlooking the yard; the sparkling pool invites you to jump right in, and a BBQ grill is provided for your convenience. Doesn’t that sound like your dream vacation?

We were very pleased with villa harmony. Its location was perfect for all our needs-grocery stores-malls-post office and particularly, highways to every where. The house was well maintained and a delight to stay in. I do ha ve one suggestion- a guard rail on the steps to the pool would be a real asset.

We loved sitting out on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed meeting Sabrina and Stephen and hope to work with them again.

Wonderful house and location - The house was great. We had an office which allowed me to get my email and keep tabs on my buiness. The pool and lani were great for relaxing and reading. The location is perfect because you can go in all directions on the major highways and avoid a lot of the commuting traffic. The neighborhood is quite and you don't have anyone on your left or right side. All the appliances are new and there are TV's in most rooms. The people we dealt with were very nice and professional. We will be back next year for a muonger stay.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Florida und hatten in der Zeit vom 14.11. bis 15.12.11 eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in der Villa Harmony.
Die Anlage um das Haus sowie die Einrichtung im Haus waren perfekt. Im Pool haben wir täglich wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung fand sich alles was für einen Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung benötigt wurde. Die zentrale Lage auf Cape Coral bietet ein breites Spektrum für alle möglichen Aktivitäten.
Alles in allem haben wir uns in der gesamten Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Stephan & Silvia war hervorragend, sie waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar.

Wieder im kalten Hamburg angekommen möchten wir uns bedanken.

Vom 21.10.11 bis 31.010.11 verbrachten wir unseren Urlaub in der Villa Harmony.
Wie schon im letzten Jahr, konnten wir uns auf Stephan und Sabrine 100% verlassen. Deshalb haben wir uns in diesem Jahr wieder die Sanfords entschieden.
Sie standen uns bei Fragen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Das Haus fanden wir in einem tollen Zustand vor.
Was anderes haben wir auch von den beiden nicht erwartet ;-) .
Wir freuen und schon auf das Jahr 2012 und werden einen Teil unseres Urlaubs wieder bei Stephan und Sabrina verbringen.
Wir wünschen Euch alles Gute und bis nächstes Jahr.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Nur die “tote Kuh” im Wohnzimmer ist eher störend als schön , aber das ist sicher auch Geschmacksache..

Liebe Sabrina, lieber Stephan,
mehrfach waren wir schon in Florida aber diesmal das 1. mal in einem Haus (Villa Harmony) , mit euch als Agentur vor Ort an unserer Seite. Es war für uns ein unvergesslicher Urlaub an den wir ganz sicher noch sehr oft denken werden. Wir danken euch für die angenehme und professionelle Unterstützung vor Ort und hören sicherlich, dann zu dritt, im nächsten Jahr wieder voneinander.

Online Booking Instructions

Please use your mouse to select the dates you wish to book. Drag the mouse from your arrival date to the date of your last night of requested stay. The "Book Now" button will activate if your dates meet minimum night and / or arrival and departure day rules for this property.

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14.

Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental - 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental - 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental - 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) - they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
