Villa Happy Days is a very inviting waterfront home located on a river-access canal taking you right out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The interior is charming and focuses on providing a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The southern exposure of the home provides plenty of sun all over the spacious lanai and the solar heated pool. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide plenty of space for up to 6 guests in this very well equipped vacation home.

Villa Happy Days is located in the southeastern part of Cape Coral. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, only minutes away from downtown Cape Coral and the Ft. Myers bridges, shopping and dining opportunities are virtually just around the corner.

Urlaub in Floridas Süd-Westen - Wir, ein Paar aus Köln,waren zum ersten mal in Florida und buchten die Villa ohne direkten Kontakt zu Vormietern...etc...d.h.auf "Gut Glück"...und wir hatten Glück!Es war ein sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung in einem angenehmen Viertel.Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaurants,Sportmöglichkeiten,etc...in unmittelbarer Nähe.Zudem hat das Haus wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann,selbst Fahrräder,Golfbag,Tennisschläger...usw. Das Haus ist zudem wirklich von 6 Menschen zu bewohnen,d.h.es ist Platz genug da. Also: Wir können die Villa wirklich empfehlen und die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Sabrina und Stephan sind immer bereit gute Tipps zu geben..:-) Patrycja und Thomas

Easy to book. Friendly and professional management. The house is close to most attractions in or around fort myers. We drove to sarasota in 1.5 hours and only 20 minutes to sanibel. Very clean and in excellent condition. We had a great time.

Die Villa Happy Days ist ein wunderbares Feriendomizil für Familien mit Kindern um sich in Florida zu erholen. Ausstattung und zentrale Lage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung durch den deutschsprachigen Realtor ist optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Happy Days ist eine sehr schöne Ferienvilla mit guter und gepflegter Ausstattung und einem besonders großen Swimming-Pool. Sie liegt direkt am Kanal mit eigener Bootsanlegestelle und ist ruhig, obwohl sich ganz in der Nähe der Del Prado Boulevard mit einer großen Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befindet.
Die Betreuung durch das sehr freundliche aus Deutschland stammende Ehepaar lässt keine Wünsche offen und man berät auch gerne und kompetent bei allen möglichen Fragen.
Wir sind 55 und 64 Jahre alt und haben nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Ferienvilla unseren Urlaub verbracht und können sie von daher unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
Wir haben hier das typische Novemberwetter mit Dunkelheit, Nebel und Regen, aber wir denken immer noch an unsere zwei schönen Floridawochen zurück.

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet in Cape Coral. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung waren sehr gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool und Außenbereich werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Bootsanlegestelle ist für Bootsbesitzer sehr vorteilhaft, da direkt am Haus.

Aufgrund der 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 getrennten Bädern kann die Villa sehr gut mit mehreren Personen genutzt werden. Der Wohn- und Essbereich waren riesig.

Wir (29+27 Jahre) haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Villa verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und konnten uns sogar einige gute Essenstipps geben. Vielen Dank dafür ;-)

Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen!

Please use your mouse to select the dates you wish to book. Drag the mouse from your arrival date to the date of your last night of requested stay. The "Book Now" button will activate if your dates meet minimum night and / or arrival and departure day rules for this property.

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14.

Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental - 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental - 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental - 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) - they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
