Dieses Haus würden wir wieder buchen
Wir waren Ende Oktober zu zweit in der Villa Cape Royal und haben uns in dem Haus und der (Gated) Community sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Prinzip können wir uns den vorigen Bewertungen nur anschließen.

Wir möchten daher zusätzlich unsere persönlichen +/- anführen und möchten vorausschicken, dass wir zwei eher penible, lärmempfindliche Mitt-Dreißiger sind:

Positiv:
+++ ein Doppelbett mit getrennten Matratzen. Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Hotelzimmer in Florida gemietet und konnten/können auf den 1-Matratzen-Betten nie schlafen, da sich immer die ganze Matratze bewegt, wenn sicher einer umdreht – das ist hier nicht der Fall!!
+++ Haus und Pool-Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber
+++ die absolute Ruhe hier (kleine Ausnahme siehe unten)
+++ Ausblick auf den kleinen See und die schön gestaltete Anlage mit all den tierischen Bewohnern
+++ schöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse
+++ eine zusätzlich Duschbrause, die man in die Hand nehmen kann
+++ moderne Einrichtung

neutral bis negativ:
Da es eine Golfanlage ist, wird hier schon sehr früh Rasen gemäht (während unserem Aufenthalt schon vor 6 Uhr, außer bei Regen).
Manche hören das vielleicht nicht, uns hat es geweckt (da – wie oben erwähnt – lärmempfindlich)

Die Abwicklung mit Stephan und Sabrina war vorbildlich. Sie kamen auch pünktlich zu den vereinbarten Zeiten zum Check-In und Check-Out (uns nervt das, wenn man auf die Hausverwalter am ersten Tag warten muss, da man ja eigentlich schon den Urlaub beginnen möchte).
Positiv überrascht waren wir auch bei der Stromabrechnung, da trotz Pool-Heizung und kühlen Nächten während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nur ein geringer Betrag nachzuzahlen war – da haben wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Besser hätten wir es gefunden, wenn der Strom-Zählerstand bei Check-In/Check-Out gemeinsam mit dem Mieter abgelesen würde (so kennen wir es zumindest), aber wir denken und haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man Stephan und Sabrina hier absolut vertrauen kann.

Für Aufenthalte mit mehreren Personen ist vielleicht zu berücksichtigen, dass es beim Essplatz drinnen nur 4 Sessel gibt (draußen ausreichend) und auf der Terrasse nur 2 Liegen vorhanden sind. Da wir aber nur zu zweit waren, war das für uns natürlich kein Problem.

Zusammenfassend können wir schreiben, dass wir zwei bei Stephan und Sabrina das Haus wieder buchen würden, wenn wir uns wieder in der Gegend aufhalten.

So schnell gehen 2 Wochen Urlaub dahin…

ES WAR TOLL!!!

Ihr Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage traumhaft und dementsprechend war der Urlaub einfach nur schön.Wir haben 2x das Home Owners Turnier mitgespielt ,die Community ist wirklich der Hammer. Wir haben oft einfach nur 9 Loch auf der Anlage gespielt, ansonsten viel die schöne Terrasse genossen und wollten abends immer schnell “nach Hause” und haben unseren Nachtisch/Sundowner vor dem Entertainmentcenter auf der Terrasse (Sonnenuntergang, springende Fische…) oder im Wohnzimmer (Fernseher) genossen.

Das Haus ist einwandfrei, Kompliment an die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und gleichzeitige luxuriöse Funktionalität (der Bageltoaster…)
Wir hatten 3 Alligatoren auf dem Platz, diverse Waschbären, Papageien, Flamingos…völlig anders als in den Wintermonaten…Irre
Ich könnte noch stundenlang schwärmen.

Liebe Sabrina , lieber Stephan ,
Im Januar waren wir fuer 4 Wochen in der Villa Cape Royal – ein Super Haus mit allem Komfort !
Durch die Lage innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Golf Community war es sehr ruhig und angenehm .
Fuer Golfspieler nahezu ideal .
Sehr schoen ist neben dem grossen Pool auch der Whirlpool , in dem wir an kuehleren Tagen gemuetlich ein warmes Sprudelbad geniessen durften .
Die Betreuung durch Euch war wie gewohnt hervorragend – gerne kommen wir wieder .

Die Villa Cape Royal liegt traumhaft gelegen an einem kleinen See inmitten einer 27-Loch Golfanlage in Cape Coral!!
Die Umgebung der Villa könnte besser nicht sein.
Es ist hier sehr ruhig, am westlich ausgerichteten Pool erlebt man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf den kleinen See.
Ca. 500 m entfernt befindet sich ein Publix zum Einkaufen.
Nun zur Villa: Wir durften die ersten Mieter dieser Traumvilla sein. Mietzeitraum war 13. – 27.10.10.
Hier stimmt einfach alles: die Lage, die Ausstattung, der tolle Service von Sabrina und Stephan!!
Die Villa Cape Royal lässt keine Wünsche übrig: helle liebevoll dekorierte Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung die es einem an nichts fehlen lässt, ein riesiger Plasma TV, sowie der große Pool mit herrlichem Spa!!
Hier wird man in Kombination mit dem tollen Service der sehr netten Verwalter Sabrina und Stephan einen Traumurlaub verbringen.

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14. Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental – 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental – 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental – 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) – they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
