Villa Alexandra is a very comfortable house located in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. The house is right in the downtown area but in an exceptionally quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Villa Alexandra is located just off Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral, in close proximity to the Eco Park ecological preserve. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still only minutes away from the bridges to Ft. Myers and the vibrating life of “downtown” Cape Coral. The home is spacious and provides plenty of room for up to 6 guests.

Villa Alexandra is fully equipped and leaves nothing to wish for. The interior is stylish, modern and contemporary and invites you to relax and enjoy the good times. There is even an ice cream maker in the kitchen! A big flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player makes the evenings in front of the TV as much fun as evenings spent on the lanai. The electric heated pool and pool area is large and the perfect setting for a BBQ and sunbathing. The pool deck is facing south and you don’t miss a ray while enjoying the refreshing waters.

Liebe Sabrina und Stephan,

wir haben bereits mehrere Häuser in Cape Coral angemietet. Jedoch das erste Mal bei Sanford Reality und wir waren begeistert.

Die Villa “Alexandra” bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige, zentrale Lage.

Nicht nur die Villa entsprach genau den Angaben, sondern auch Ihr beiden habt mit wertvollen Tipps und eurer lockeren unkomplizierten Art dazu beigetragen, dass es für uns ein “Traumurlaub” wurde.

De villa is mooi en ruim. Er is ruimte genoeg voor 6 personen. De inrichting is praktisch en Ikea. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft zon van 's ochtends tot 's avonds.
Alles zag er goed uit en was schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.
De locatie is erg rustig, maar je bent zo weer in de drukte. Vlakbij zijn er winkels, zoals een Publix en de WallMart. Fort Meyers is nabij, met de Edison-Ford winter residenties. De outlet Stores(Mirador) in Estero zijn makkelijk aan te rijden.
Ik beveel dit huis zeker aan, ook om terug te komen. Dit terwijl we eigenlijk bijna nooit naar hetzelfde teruggaan.
De makelaar is accuraat.

Wieder war unser Urlaub die schönste Zeit im Jahr. Im schönen Florida ein schönes Haus, was will man mehr. Wir haben es besonders genossen, den Tag mit einem Sprung in den Pool zu starten. Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Viel Platz und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine superschöne Zeit ging viel zu schnell zu Ende. Die von Euch vermittelte Villa Alexandra ist eine sehr komfortable, großzügige und moderne Immobilie, die keine Wünsche für wenig sonnenverwöhnte Urlauber aus Deutschland offen lässt. Sie liegt zentral in Cape Coral und gleichzeitig absolut ruhig. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt, bald wieder bei Euch zu Gast sein zu dürfen.

Liebe Sabrina, lieber Stephan,
Wir haben wieder einmal einen Traumurlaub in Cape Coral auch Dank eurer profesionellen Unterstützung erleben dürfen. Täglich denken wir noch an die wunderschönen Tage in der Villa Alexandra zurück. Die Villa war auch diesmal wieder in einem tadellosen Zustand. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man in Europa diesen Luxus auch erleben möchte, dann wären die Kosten für solch einen Urlaub nicht mahr tragbar. Preis/Leistung ist nicht zu überbieten.
Wir hoffen , dass wir uns im nächsten Jahr wiedersehn und werden auch wie versprochen, einmal zusammen essen gehen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf.

Haus entspricht genau den Bildern. Alles ist vorhanden. Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe. Lage ist nahe zu den Brücken nach Ft. Myers und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Supermarkt (Publix, Walmart) in unmittelbarer Nähe und per Bike erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Please use your mouse to select the dates you wish to book. Drag the mouse from your arrival date to the date of your last night of requested stay. The "Book Now" button will activate if your dates meet minimum night and / or arrival and departure day rules for this property.

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14.

Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental - 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental - 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental - 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) - they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
