Villa Ajulia – is located in the Northwest of Cape Coral. The area is quiet, the view over the canal in which turtles play and egrets hunt is stunning, but "civilization" – shopping and dining – is just around the corner.

You will be captivated as soon as you walk in through the stylish entry. The home is designed and furnished for complete relaxation and elegance. Every detail in the home spells comfort with lush, soothing colors and adorable decoration. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one is accessible from the pool-area, provides plenty of space for up to six guests. All the bedrooms are equipped with Televisions.

The extravagant walk-through shower will make your morning shower a sunrise celebration and the Jacuzzi bathtub will help to relax in the evening.

The pool-area is spacious and has southern exposure, bathing the electric AND solar-heated pool in sun all day. A large BBQ-grill invites you to enjoy the perfect BBQ on your own lanai - turn the music on if you like, the entertainment center sports outdoor-speakers.

Fantastic house in a very peaceful place. We arrived at the rental at sunset and we have been surprised to see the outdoor lights and lovely music inside to welcome us. The house is next to groceries (publix, Walmart, ...) and 15 minutes from Fort Myers or 35 mn from Fort Myers Beach. The pool is big, you can swim very easely. The parent bathroom is incredible. You will find everything you need for cooking or for drinking some Margharitas or an Expresso Café. The property manager is a very nice guy, very helpfull. It was a pleasure to meet him. We liked to dine at Iguana Mia. Our mexican favorite restaurant in the world. Fort Myers Beach was a lovely place to enjoy the see and the sunset.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, bzw. Jugendliche, haben hier eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Es ist alles geräumig, optimal ausgestattet,gepflegt und sauber sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im Küchen und Haushaltsbereich. Der Pool ist gepflegt, die Außengestaltung mit Liegen und Grill sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Von unserer Seite kann man diesen Bungalow nur empfehlen.

Das Haus war ein Traum; toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten viel Spaß im großen Pool sowie bei diversen Barbeque mit dem großen Grill. Das Masterbad ist unglaublich schön, aber auch die anderen Bäder können sich durchaus sehen lassen. Insgesamt auch eine tolle Lage. Die Betreuung vor Ort war erstklassig!!! Wir können sowohl das Haus als auch die Hausverwaltung 100%ig weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir waren zu viert in dieser Villa und haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, äußerst gepflegt und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (so viel Küchenzubehör haben wir nicht einmal zuhause).
Der Pool liegt nach Süden, so dass man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Das Elternschlafzimmer liegt so weit weg von den Kinderschlafzimmern (für jedes Kind ein eigenes SZi), dass sogar regelmäßiges Ausschlafen möglich war, obwohl die Kinder schon gespielt haben!

Das Wasser hinter dem Haus, das auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist kein Salzwasserkanal und hat keinen Zugang zum Meer. Der Vorteil daran war für uns, dass nicht permanent Motorboote auf dem Weg zur Bucht an unserem Pool vorbeifuhren, wie wir es schon in anderen Häusern erlebt hatten. (Wir sind selbst auch keine Bootsfahrer.)

Es liegt etwas nördlich in Cape Coral, wo noch nicht so viele Grundstücke bebaut sind. Dadurch ist es ruhiger als erwartet und wenig Autoverkehr. Nach Sanibel und Captiva oder auch Estero Island fährt man allerdings ca. 45 min.

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe im November 2009 14 Tage in der Villa Ajulia verbracht und wäre am liebsten gar nicht mehr nach Deutschland zurückgekehrt! Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wer gerne kocht findet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem Schnick Schnack. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und der Pool schön groß und beheizt. Die meiste Zeit hielten wir uns im Poolbereich auf. Direkt am Kanal gelegen konnten wir beim Frühstück einen Aligator beobachten, aber keine Angst, dadurch das der Poolbereich mit einem Cage gesichert ist, bleiben Aligatoren dem Pool fern! Die gesamte Villa ist klimatisiert und der Wohnbereich lädt ebenfalls zum entspannen ein. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll und die Farben sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Ich habe mich selten so entspannt! Ich komme sicher wieder!

Please note: booking periods count in nights; e.g. if you plan to depart on the 14. of a given month you will need a booking reservation up to the 13.; you will spend the night from the 13. to the 14. in the house and leave it on the 14. in the morning so the next renters can move in on the afternoon of the 14.

Due to the set-up of the booking system children older than 6 years of age must be booked as adults. Please don’t forget to provide the names of all persons residing in the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on 2 adults, each additional adult is US$50.00 per week. Kids under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. Receipt by this agency of the intention of cancellation is decisive in observing the set cancellation period.

The following cancellation fees will be charged for all cancellations of concluded bookings as well as a US$100.00 processing fee:

45 days prior to commencement of rental - 30% of rental fee
44-30 days prior to commencement of rental - 65% of rental fee
29 days or less prior to commencement of rental - 100% of rental fee

If the tenant decides to leave the premises before the rental end date no reimbursement for unused rental monies can be made.

We therefore suggest that travel cancellation insurance be taken out for all parties included.

Deposit Policy

The security deposit is due at time of booking and will be charged from your credit card and refunded promptly after check out. Rent and additional charges are due at check in.

There are no charges for water, trash removal, cable TV, high speed internet and Phone (local) - they are already included in your rent. Electricity allowance is US$5.00 per day, each additional kw/h will be charged with US$0.12 (12 cent).
