Great vacation rental in cape Coral
Villa Flamingo is an ideal vacation home in SW Florida. The location is great…centrally located in Cape Coral, it is near major intersections and shopping, yet on a very private street. The pool area and lanai are enhanced by the tropical setting of palm trees and shrubbery. The pool is both solar and electrically heated so you can enjoy whatever temperature you prefer.
The interior of the villa is light and modern. We enjoyed the amenities: entertainment system with large screen TV, great channel availability, TV’s in both bedrooms, WiFi, icemaker, well equipped kitchen.
Stephan is a great property manager who will welcome you and look after any of your concerns.
We highly recommend this property.
We were very pleased with villa harmony. Its location was perfect for all our needs-grocery stores-malls-post office and particularly, highways to every where. The house was well maintained and a delight to stay in. I do ha ve one suggestion- a guard rail on the steps to the pool would be a real asset.
We loved sitting out on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed meeting Sabrina and Stephen and hope to work with them again.
The home was much better than we expected. Everything was well taken care of, the house was extremely clean and the furniture was really nice. The pool was amazing and well maintained. There was a lot of privacy around the home and pool. The location was very conveinent to local attractions. We planned to just stay a month and ended up staying two cause we liked the place so much.
Stephen and Sabrina with Sanford Realty made the stay even better. Extremely courteous and helpful. Very informative and helpful with everything we needed and the local area. If there was ever a question they very quick to respond. If we plan to stay in there area again we will definetly use their service. Would recommend working with them to anyone
Southern Dream is an amazing vacation home! Southern Dream is just as we hoped–modern, well maintained and tastefully furnished in an excellent location. The view from the pool area allows both sunrises and sunsets. A wide selection of restaurants and retail stores is a convenient drive away.
The true “icing on the cake” is the professional and caring service of Sanford Realty Inc. Their website is informative and easy to use. We were warmly welcomed and given a very helpful briefing on the house and local attractions. A couple of minor mechanical problems were swiftly and cheerfully solved. Throughout our stay our questions were quickly answered and many Sanford suggestions were given for dining and touring.
Most importantly, dealing with Sanford Realty Inc. is fun!!
